No license found for Telerik UI for WPF when using Wix installer.

Hello,

I have tested this with the latest version, and the correct way to resolve this would be to manually call the Register method before using the controls. For example: 

public WelcomeDialog()
{
    TelerikLicensing.Register();
    InitializeComponent(); 
}

Can you please provide a URL where I can download a previous release that doesn't have this problem.
