RichTextBox: Multiline Selection Highlight is Distorted
Multiline Selection Highlight is distorted when using Japanese IME (GIF attached).

Hello,

After further investigation, it turns out that the reported behavior is not related to Japanese IME. The selection is distorted in a simple scenario with 3 rows.

I will update the title of the feedback item.
