I tried reproducing this behavior, however, I was unsuccessful. I have attached a video that showcases the behavior on my end when testing the Configurator demo of the RadNotifyIcon element. In the attached video, the notify icon and balloon tip are both displayed in the bottom-right part of the screen.

With this in mind, is there any possibility of testing this with a lower screen resolution, for example, a 2K resolution (2560x1440)? The reason for that is that we currently do not have a device that supports 4k resolution.
