SvgImage: The rotation animation is not rendered correctly
The rotation animation is not rendered correctly. The center is not at proper palce.

When using the RadSvgImage element my svg is not being rendered correctly. The svg has an animation that rotates it about the center of the svg but when this svg is using in the RadSvgImage element it is rotating around the top left corner of the element. When I render my svg in a browser it is rendered properly. Attached is a sample project with the svg file that I am having the issue with. Support ticket number: 1663657
