The border of the ContentControl disappears after deleting and undo
As shown in the attached video.

I was wrong, the value of SdtRangeEnd.LastBlockChild is not null, but the recovered SdtRangeEnd is no longer included in it's LastBlockChild.ParentSdtEnds.

For the recovered ContentControl, the value of SdtRangeEnd.LastBlockChild is null.

So when calling Block.ParentSdtEndsRecursive from the methord ContentControlsLayerLayoutHelper.GetContextsWithinViewport, the recoverd ContentControl is not included in the result.
