RibbonView: Add option to merge RadRibbonView instances
Currently, the RadRibbonView control does not provide the functionality to merge different instances into one. We could add such an option to the RadRibbonView control.

Such function is very needed. For example every RadPane could have its own Ribbon Bindings which would be automated switched when changing focus of current RadPane. Furthermore, Ribbon would be switched dependent on the RadPane context of Ribbon could be different for every RadPane.
