VirtualGrid: HeaderSizeNeeded is fired twice with the same index and affects the row header

HeaderSizeNeeded is fired twice with the same index and affects the header row width.

Hello,

It appears that the HeaderOrientationproperty can be used to distinguish between the row and column headers. This is why this item will be declined.
