RichTextBox: Rounded rectangle shape is with broken geometry when the windows regional setting has ',' as decimal separator and '.' as group seaprator

Austria (German) region is set in windows. Digit grouping symbol is set "," and decimal symbol is ".".

Inserting rounded rectangle shape in RichTextBox produces broken geometry like so:

This affects multiple shapes. Not only the rounded rectangle. Thanks for fixing the issue! :-)
