Expose events that are fired when the internal document commands are executed.

+1 specifically for moving a table using the table adorner. In our situation we need to know where the user is dropping the table and based on that allow or the deny the movement.

Similar to how "MoveSelectionCommand" has a "MoveSelectionCommandParameter" with a "DropPosition" property.
