Diagram: Changing the ActiveTool from PointerTool to PanTool while resizing a shape keeps resizing it
If the ActiveTool of a RadDiagram instance is changed from a PointerTool to PanTool while a shape is being resized, shape will still be resizable when the mouse gets close to the resize rectangles.

Hello Priyanka,

A bug fix for this behavior is still not introduced.

With this being said, I am afraid that I cannot specify a timeframe, in which a fix for this bug will be created. What I could suggest would be to vote for it, as well as follow it, in order to get notified via e-mail when its status gets changed.
