PdfViewer: SyncCurrentBookmarkItemCommand is not returning the correct bookmark when the bookmark is not the first in a list of same-level and same-page bookmarks

When the bookmark is not the first in a list of same-level and same-page bookmarks, the SyncCurrentBookmarkItemCommand returns the first bookmark in the list.
