PasswordBox: ShowPassword extension - add toggle mode for the ShowPasswordButton

Hi,
would it be possible that the PasswordBox gets the function to show the password permanently by using the ShowPassword button? So a ToggleButton?
This would give the user not only the possibility to see the password while pressing the button, but also to correct the password at a certain point.

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the idea. Indeed, this sounds meaningful, so I have changed the status of this item to Unplanned.

Currently, there is not a good entry point that will allow you to modify the default behavior, so I can't suggest a proper customization.
