After further investigation it appeared this is expected framework behavior. It is caused by SolidColorBrushes with DynamicResouce color used in the QuickStyle definition in some of the themes in order to support runtime color changes. Such resources cannot be frozen which affects the whole QuickStyle instance.

The best solution would be to extract the default QuickStyle for the used theme and change all the theme brushes to local values. If you need help with the exact color codes - please open up a ticket and we will be glad to help.

Changing the Status to Won't Fix.
