Tooltip: Tooltip is not displayed in plugin architecture
The RadTooltip is not displayed when the main window is not known to the plugin because it is located in a different app domain.

We've already introduced a fix for this issue which will be available with our service pack next week. Please let us know once you manage to test it out.
