Remove/hide 1 resource depending on circumstances
For example if Resource "Stol 2" does not have any Appointments it should not appear in the view

Thank you for the shared picture. 

Can you check out the Group Filtering feature of the RadScheduleView? It allows for filtering out some groups depending on some condition. For example, you can filter out the empty groups on your end. You can also check out the RadScheduleView Grouping and Filtering example from our demos. 

Please, check out the above mentioned article and example and let me know, if the suggested approach is suitable for your scenario.
