Port the CRM application to .NET Core
Currently the CRM application is created with .NET Framework. Port its source code to .NET Core.

The CRM application will be available in your account for the .Net45, NETCORE and Net5 platforms with the R1 2021 release. The ClickOnce version is now .Net461 due to a platform limitation and will be available for .NET5 as soon as the limitation is removed.
