FileDialogs: Respect the Group Policy Objects Settings to Hide Specified Drives
Add support for respecting the Group Policy settings in order to hide the specified drives.

would be a necessary feature for using the file-dialogs at companies, because many of our customers are hiding drives by group policies with a good reason
