PdfViewer: Empty page content when rendering pages with images in the FixedDocumentSinglePagePresenter
When rendering a PDF document page in FixedDocumentSinglePagePresenter, blank pages are displayed, when the document contains images.

This also happens, if the PDF only contains text and no images (when using the pdf processing model!).
