RichTextBox: InvalidCastException is thrown when performing undo on nested annotations

Hello,

In the attached example, applying character formatting to a selection that ends between two annotation ends and undoing the formatting action does not revert the annotations to the exact position as they were before the formatting was applied.

Applying formatting twice and undoing twice crashes the editor because the second undo command inserts unpaired annotations (as it operates on a document state different than the expected one).

Hello Stanley,

The report is not scheduled for fixing at this point and I cannot say when a fix might be available. Due to the nature of the issue, we are unable to provide you with an approach that could help to avoid the disordering of the annotations. I am sorry for the inconvenience this might be causing you. Please, continue following this item so you can be notified when its status changes.

Any update for this issue? or workaround to stop the crash?

Hi Yiannis,

Thank you for the report and for the detailed information. I was able to reproduce that issue and added it to our internal backlog. I am afraid that I couldn't find a workaround for this behavior, though.

Your Telerik points are updated as appreciation for bringing this to our attention.
