TimePicker: Change am/pm by typing a or p like most web controls
the user is required to use the arrow.  this is not typical of most software and I find it unintuitive

We've twitched the title a bit and approved the feature request.

I am also posting a link to the Kendo time picker that shows the corresponding feature.
