When multiple citations are created in MS Word (TestSave.docx) and then the document is opened in richTextBox and you update fields the update command removes the additional citations (TestSave2.docx)

Hi James,

Thank you for the video and the description. I believe that we have all the needed information now. I have approved the item and updated your Telerik points.

Unfortunately, I cannot suggest a workaround for the issue.

Thank you for your understanding.

the code fields in word show the following:

{CITATION RS000002 \I 1033} - single citation

{CITATION RS000001 \I 1033  \m xx3} - multiple citation

The field codes in richtextedit show the following:

{CITATION RS000002 } - single citation

{CITATION RS000001 } - multiple citation

Looks like the switches are dropped or removed and thus losses the multiple citation ability

I am using the latest version of telerik.  I have included a video and the latest files for the videos.  CitationTest - is the word created document.  CitationTest2 is the saved version from telerik that updated the fields.  Let me know if you have additional questions.

Hello James,

I have tested this and it seems to work on my side (both citations are visible in the attached files and after I export the test file). Maybe I am missing something. Would it be possible to record a small video that shows what happens on your side and send it to me?

In addition, can you confirm that you are using the latest version of the suite?

Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation. I am looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Dimitar
