Spreadsheet: StylesGallery throws exception if the style name is invalid formula

The style name "+-" is a valid one, but the StyleGallery crashes because it tries to set the name as a value of a cell and it is not a valid cell value.

This behavior was originally reported over 6 years ago and has not received significant demand or follow-up from the community since then. This is why we plan to prioritize more impactful and widely requested improvements.
