DateTimePicker: Clicking on the control in XAML opens the designer unexpectedly in Visual Studio 2017/2019

When the control is declared in XAML, and we place the caret somewhere on the control the VS designer is open, and the dropdown is open.

This issue has been resolved with latest internal build from this week (Monday - 9 Dec).  Please give it a try and let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

This is extremely irritating and frustrating!  It is almost impossible to select xaml that contains this control and in some cases it is very difficult to get rid of the popup without closing Visual Studio.  Please consider fixing this soon.
