NuGet: Add nuget packages with the digitally signed assemblies
Currently, the digitally signed assemblies are distributed only as a .zip file containing the dlls. Introduce nuget packages for them.

+1 for this. It would also be nice to have signed .nupkg so they can be verified with "dotnet nuget verify".
