DesktopAlert: Create functionality to hide the control from the Alt+Tab menu
A possible solution could be to expose a HostCreated event so we can get the Window and set its AllowTransparency and WindowStyle property.

This is important for DesktopAlert because if the ShowCloseButton property is set to False, it means you don't want the user to close the DesktopAlert, however, if the user can close it by using Alt+Tab, the property ShowCloseButton becomes useless.
