Docking: Cannot dock floating tool window after resize on two-monitor setup with different DPI
This issue is replicable in a setup which has two monitors and wit different DPI.
If a docking window is resized to a width over both monitors, when the window is more than a half on the monitor with lower DPI, it is not possible to dock it.

Hello,

After detailed investigation appeared that this issue cannot be resolved in the default scenario due to framework behavior and limitations. However, we fixed the same scenario when DpiAwareness PerMonitorV2 is applied, and we recommend enabling that feature in your application (you need to target .net 4.6.1 or above and add app.manifest file as explained here) in order provide better high dpi experience.

Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Regards,
Kalin

Hello Daniel,

We can agree that such a scenario is rather common and actually recently looked for possible solutions for this issue, but have so far been unsuccessful in finding such due to framework limitations.

We will continue our investigation and update this item accordingly soon.

Dear Telerik Team,

we have gone through several updates on Telerik UI for WPF.
Behavior stays the same. Is this in any way an issue that you plan to address in the near future?

Multi Window, multi scaling + floating windows sounds like a common use case for me.

Looking back for your feedback.

Sincerely,

Daniel
