PropertyGrid: Nested properties are not loaded when ComponenetType does not match DeclarationType
Nested properties are not loaded when the ComponenetType does not match the DeclarationType. The same setup is correctly presented when using the UI for WinForms' PropertyGrid.

The fix for this issue will be available with the next LIB (version 2019.1.325) expected on Monday, March 25.
