GridView: Selecting all distinct values is a slow operation when the referenced DLLs target .Net 4.5 and the GridView is bound to list of items which implements ICustomTypeProvider

When there are 1000 (reproduce with 500) distinct values in the Popup filter and we try to select all of them it took 15 seconds and more when using ICustomPropertyProvider.
