Docking: Incorrect save/load behavior when RadDocking Items are auto generated
When the RadDocking Items are reordered during runtime and new RadSplitContainers/RadPaneGroups are generated, the save/load behavior is sometimes incorrect.

Hi,

The fix for this issue will be available with LIB (version 2019.1.211) scheduled for publishing on Monday, 11 February 2019. It will be included in our next official version R1 2019 SP1 too.
