Chat: Implement "endless scrolling" functionality

Currently, when the user opens the chat screen, the app gets the messages and scrolls to the bottom by default. The user wants to get more messages from the server as he/her scrolls up.

The RadChat only really works as a live chat view at the moment.  The first thing my users asked for when they saw the demo of the control was the ability to use ti to display historical conversations.  This functionality is the other half of the RadChat component to me.
