PdfViewer: Cannot find resource named 'RepeatButtonStyle' design time exception in Fluent theme (NoXaml)
When using the Fluent theme and the NoXaml binaries the above mentioned design time exception is thrown.

Hi Paul,

The R1 2019 SP1 version is currently not published. We expect it to be live by the end of the week, so please download and test it when available and let us know if you are experiencing any issue with it.

This is still happening in R1 2019 SP1 release version in the Office 2016 theme (NoXaml).
