GridView: The SelectStyle method of a CellStyleSelector is called before the CreateCellElement method of the column


The fix for this issue will be available with the next LIB (version 2018.3.1224) expected on Monday, December 24.

It has been brought to our attention that the fix for this item causes the following regression in the RadGridView: GridView: Cell content template set through Style is not respected.

We discussed the scenario internally and we decided that the best course of action would be to revert the change, since the introduced issue is more impactful. The change will be reverted in our next internal build(which will be available next Monday - 25.02.2019). 

With this in mind, I am changing the status of this feedback item to Won't Fix. The suggested approach when using a StyleSelector is to utilize the corresponding data item inside its SelectStyle method.
