Hi Emilio,

This feature is already implemented. It will be available with the official version of our MultiColumnComboBox which is expected to be released in the middle of January. The property which will close the is called CloseDropDownOnSelectionInput.

I'd like to request, additionally, that when a MultiColumnComboBox is put into 'single' mode it should look and behave like a regular combo box except that it contains a gridview in the dropdown element. In other words, the selected item doesn't have a border around it and an X to remove it, since it's the only possible selected item.
