FileDialogs: Implement Image Thumbnails (image preview of the selected file) in OpenFileDialog

Like in MS Win 32 OpenFileDialog - thumbnails with preview or details about the selected file.

Check the attached images for better clarification.

I think the preview of files should be implented as a control of its own and just integrated here.

I'll also suggest to preview pictures inside the file list. Otherwise, what is the benefit to see files in large icons?

It would be ideal to display the image thumbnail for all type of files. However, at least, the most commont image extensions should be supported (*.png, *.bmp and *.jpg)
