PdfViewer: Add support for layers (optional content)
Layers represent groups of optional content which can be hidden or shown.

I am very interested in this feature.   At the minimum, it might be good to have an import and flatten feature.   That way you might not have to handle the layers but the viewer will at least show all the layers.     This is particularly important for uses relating to financial documents or contracts.
