ChartView: CartesianCustomLineAnnotation should expose RenderingOptions like line series
CartesianCustomLineAnnotation should allow for rendering options (2D, Bitmap, default) to allow for a consistent visual appearance.

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the provided information. 

Currently, the annotations doesn't expose light rendering options as the series because in most scenarios there are not many annotations drawn on the chart. However, can you please give one or few scenarios where this could be useful. 

Also can you tell me what you mean by consistent visual appearance?
