Add built-in switch button themes
I know you added a sample (https://github.com/telerik/xaml-sdk/tree/master/Buttons/ToggleSwitchButton) but please include this in all your Theming dll.

Hi Marc-Andre,

Thanks for your feedback. We are actually working on a brand new separate control ToggleSwitchButton - it will be supporting any new themes we create in the future. The control will be released with the upcoming R3 release, so stay tuned.
