Expander: Cannot extract a Template via VisualStudio/Blend designer
It fails to extract a template  using RightClick on RadExpander in Design view of VisualStudio => Edit Template => Edit a copy

The fix for this issue will be available with LIB (version 2018.3.1217) scheduled for publishing on Monday, 17th December 2018.

Hi Eric,

The fix for this issue is already a part of the internal build with version 2018.3.1217. It will also be a part of our major release, which will be introduced by the end of this week.

Please, check this out with the latest version and let me know if the problem still exists.
