GridView: With Office2016 Theme and Flat GroupRenderMode the content of GridViewCheckBoxColumn is messed up on scrolling 
A workaround it so use a GridViewDataColumn and define a CheckBox within its CellTemplate.

Fix available in LIB version 2017.2.814.
