Some path icons should not be mirrored in FlowDirection = RightToLeft
For example, when DateTimePicker.FlowDirection=RightToLeft, the CalendarIcon is inverted [Windwos8, Greeen, Office2013 etc. themes].

The fix for the issue will be available with our service pack(R1 2019 SP1), scheduled for the 20 February 2019.
