PdfViewer: Implement Soft-Mask Dictionaries in ExtGState object
This allows specifying a soft mask in the external graphics state.

Our customers are not able to make changes to pdf's. Pdf's as provided by marketing agencies should be visualized the same as when opening in a acrobat pdf reader.
