PivotGrid: Add options for showing items with no data when using OLAP data providers
Add options for showing items with no data as in Local data provider.

Thank you for your feedback, we have the item logged in our backlog and once we start working on it we would update this item so you would get notification.

this would be an excellent addition to the feature list of this control. it actually ought to be there by default because there are many instances where you'd want to see all dimension members, even if there is no data for them, for reporting services. 

this is a standard feature elsewhere, so should be high priority. thanks!
