RichTextBox: Export of footnotes and endnotes to PDF

Implement the export of notes (footnote, endnote) in the PdfFormatProvider of the RadRichTextBox.

Hi Vladimir,

The priority of each request is determined by multiple factors, including the customer demand for the particular task. This request is still not implemented. We constantly monitor and re-prioritize our backlog, depending on the impact and priority of the feedback item. Unfortunately, this item is still not included in our roadmap.

Any news please? I know that making new things is exciting, but feature parity is also important and the workaround for this is becoming a performance bottleneck.

Can we please get some update regarding schedule on this? Currently, it's a showstopper for us and we are forced to some hacky workarounds like xaml->docx -> pdf with Word interop.
