RichTextBox: Add API for changing the size of StylesGallery and TableStylesGallery
Currently, StylesGallery and TableStylesGallery cannot be resized. Internally they contain RadRibbonGallery, which itself expose ViewPortWidth property controlling the width, so this just have to be exposed.

PopupViewportWidth and PopupViewportHeight would be nice to have exposed as well, or at least make them in sync with the parent control size.
