Allow max precision (total number of significant figures) to be specified for radmaskednumericeditor

It would be really useful to be able to specify a maximum number of significant figures for Telerik RadMaskedNumericInput as this was requested by a client.

Due to insufficient information regarding this issue, I am setting its Status to Declined. As soon as we have more details regarding it, we will consider changing its state.

This seems to be possible with the FormatString property. Could you please check out this SDK Demo : https://github.com/telerik/xaml-sdk/tree/master/MaskedInput/DynamicFormatString.
If this is not what you need could you please elaborate a bit more on this requirement ?
