RichTextBox: Trying to delete table cell formatting symbol, with track changes on, will delete the text in the cell

Trying to delete table cell formatting symbol, when track changes are on, will result in marking the text in the cell as deleted.
MS Word does not respect such delete action.

This behavior was originally reported over 10 years ago and has not received significant demand or follow-up from the community since then. This is why we plan to prioritize more impactful and widely requested improvements.
