RichTextBox: Caret disappears when scale factor is less than 100%
When ScaleFactor is set to less that (1,1), this causes the caret to disappear at specific positions in the document. These positions depend on the exact value of the scale factor. The focus is still in the editor and users can type.

Note that if the scale factor changes, the positions where the caret is not visualized will change as well.

Hello Jefferson,

As to our notion, the behavior is reproduced only when the scale factor is smaller than 100%. In case you are facing a scenario which reproduces the issue even when the scale factor is 100%, would be great if you submit a ticket with more information about the exact case so we can further investigate it. Thank you in advance.

Putting (1,1) do not fix too.
