GridView: Locked horizontal scrolling 
Implement Excel-like horizontal locked scrolling. Clicking on the scrollbar should scroll into view the first column that is not visible at the moment, i.e. all visible columns should be moved out of the viewport.

Hi Petya,

Actually I think this behavior is implemented in 2016 Q1 version. Everything works fine except when using frozen columns. The frozen columns width is still computed in the scroll distance despite not being scrolled out.
