PdfViewer: Missing Annotations when opening document containing GoTo action with Named Destination
All annotations are missing because ArgumentNullException is thrown while importing page annotations. The exception is handled and all non-annotation related pdf content is loaded successfully.

Hello,

This item will be available in R2 2023 SP1 Release. 

It is also available with Document Processing Libraries (DPL) version 2023.2.703 or higher.
