TileView: OutOfRangeException occurs when RadBook is used as a content of RadTileViewItem when dragging.
When you add RadBook as a content of RadTileViewItem and reorder the TileViewItem you get ArgumentOutOfRangeException.

Workaround: You can set the width of the RadBook.
